* The secondi/entrée course will be braised beef in Barolo, slowly cooked with pancetta, carrots, onion and celery in a red wine and tomato demi-glaze, served over creamy fontina polenta with seasonal vegetables. This will be paired with Franco Serra Barolo 2015.
