Founded in 2014 by Ruth Prall, note bistro & wine bar has strived to be a welcoming neighborhood bistro in Harrisburg. The restaurant appeals to people of all ages and is fitting for any occasion whether it be a special anniversary or just stopping in for a cheese board and bottle of wine with a friend. With only 11 tables and a bar that seats 8, it is cozy and intimate. During the summer months, they have an outdoor seating area, and with the new two-way Second Street planned for this summer, it will be a perfect serene spot.
